Warranty Policy
Every product we sell carries the warranty shown on its product page — the period is on the specification table, so you can check it before you buy rather than after.
What is covered: manufacturing defects, component failure under normal use, and dead-on-arrival units.
What is not covered: physical damage, water ingress on units that are not weather rated, lightning and surge damage, damage from incorrect power supplies, unauthorised repair, and normal wear on cables and mounts.
Hard drives and memory cards carry the manufacturer warranty, which is usually longer than the camera warranty. Data on a failed drive cannot be recovered under warranty.
Keep your invoice. It is the proof of purchase date, and the warranty runs from it.
