Returns & Refunds

Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, less the original delivery cost.

Opened products can be returned within 7 days if they are complete, undamaged and in their original packaging. A restocking deduction may apply where packaging is missing.

Faulty products are handled under warranty rather than as returns — see the warranty policy.

Hard drives, memory cards and cut cable cannot be returned once opened.

Installation services already carried out cannot be refunded, but if the work is not right we will come back and fix it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. eSewa and Fonepay refunds usually take 3 to 5 working days to appear.
